Carol Cooper is the President of Integrated Benefit Solutions Inc. a division of Cooper Financial Services Inc., established in 1986. Cooper Financial Services is a full service, independent financial planning firm. Carol holds various designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and she is currently working on her Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA). In 2007, Gayle Culley joined the firm in the capacity of Health Benefit Sales and Marketing specialist; she now assists both business and individual clients with their insurance needs. Gayle is a fully licensed agent; she has her Bachelor of Commerce and is currently working on her RHU designation.
